I'd love to switch my domain provider to a European or even German one. Problem is, that they charge more for .com, .net, .org domains, than in the US. Can anyone recommend a provider in the EU, that doesn't?
Note, that i need to be able to set DNS entries myself later.

Listening to field recordings containing percussion jams from my Januar trip to La Reunión/Mauritius.
It's marvelous to drastically limit the frequency response of the original recordings - and then add a slap-back delay, noticably louder than the original and with even more narrow frequency response.
This focusses everything into one. And it lends the quality of an intense & sparkling memory, rather than just appearing to be a full frequency natural #recording. The almost always massive ocean waves in the background are a lovely detail. Beautiful.

Is there a most elegant & manual (using FTP, not rsync) way not having to re-upload already present releases, when adding new ones? Right now i can think of stripping this down to only upload
(edit: seems to work!)

• the newly generated release and/or artist folder, then
• replace feed.rss, feed.jpg, style.css, index.html & scripts.js in the root folder, finally
• add artist_fixed images to root folder as well

Would that be sufficient?

Matthew Bourne's "moogmemory" is an excellent & übermusical reminder of one of the greatest synths of the Analogue Era, Moog's Memorymoog. 6 voices of raw power, and a super inspired player-composer from the UK. @c. reider released The Mending Battle today. This is a profoundly worked ambient/dub/scale-logical album, that you should give a listen. A very encapsulating, dubbing, sparse & arpeggio-based work, sounding like a warm wind, taking you to beautiful spaces.

Useful for delay lines / delay compensation and so forth.
Gives you time in milliseconds & samples at common rates for various DAW.
