Has anyone gone through the Keio University Japanese program? This one: https://www.cjs.keio.ac.jp/about/
What did you think of it? Would you recommend it?

@soycamo I had home university friends who did and they were happy afaik. I did the Waseda one and I learned SO MUCH. They worked us super hard, but the way my Japanese level went up was incredible.

@soycamo That said, I had already passed the JLPT N2 when I started, and my friends in the same program but at beginner level struggled a lot. Some of them actually left because they felt like they didn’t learn useful things, which, tbh, is often the case when you’re starting off in a new language. I saw the same thing happening in language schools too, among the lower levels. There’s a certain point you just have to push past, and then it gets smoother? I think you get what I’m trying to say 😅
