tux, to opnsense German

Eure Meinung ist gefragt:
Folgender grober Netzwerkaufbau:
VF-Kabelmodem --> FritzBox (Internettelefonie) --> OPNsense --> LAN und DMZ

Frage:
In der die als Exposed Host eintragen oder lieber doch einzelne Portfreigaben auf die OPNSense definieren auf dieser dann die gleichen für die jeweiligen Zielhosts existieren?

Bin mir da unschlüssig, ob durch den Exposed Host auf der FritzBox nicht irgendwelche Nachteile existieren. Auf der einen Seite habe ich ja dahinter die OPNSense als , die den weiteren Netzwerkverkehr regelt.

Was meint ihr?

@tux @askfedi_de Ich habe bei mir vor der Firewall nur noch die Fritz!Box als Modem. Meine Firewall regelt erst dann LAN, DMZ und WLAN. Für die Telefonie nutze ich auf dem Laptop ein SoftPhone, hab aber auch noch ein snom D345 IP Telefon in der DMZ hier stehen. So richtig mit Kabel :giggle:

Schratze sagt dazu nix, weil gegen ihn eh schon der Staatsschutz ermittelt. Er würde denen nur noch mehr Gründe geben, ihn zu verknacken, @Jain !

Mein Server stürzt immer mal wieder wegen Rammangel ab. Erfahrungsgemäß, kommt mir vor, dass das gerne dann passiert, wenn sehr große Accounts mit vielen Followern auf Beiträge von mir reagieren.

An welcher Stelle im Admin kann ich einstellen, dass Friendica den Server nicht so schnell killt? Vermutlich bei den Workereinstellungen? Welche wären da die richtigen Stellschrauben?

Ich bin bisher immer gut mit dynamic als Prozess-Manager gefahren, 20 maximale Kind-Prozesse, 10 Kind-Prozesse beim Start, 5 im Idle und 3 Sekunden Idle-Timeout.

@andre_meister gutes Beispiel. Allerdings ist es, meiner Meinung nach, gerechtfertigt, dass die Eltern ihre Konten, wenigstens zeitweise, weg nehmen.
Wenn Eltern es versäumen, ihren Kindern ein anständiges Benehmen und Demut beizubringen, sollten sie auch darauf hingewiesen werden. :milk_shrug:

@larsmb wenn an einer Baustelle das Schild hängt "Eltern haften für ihre Kinder" und das Kind rennt trotzdem drauf, weil es "mal" einen Fehler macht, sollten dann trotzdem die Eltern nicht haftbar gemacht werden? Die Erziehung der Kinder liegt noch immer bei den Eltern, nicht bei der Öffentlichkeit. :milk_shrug:

Btw: Ro’s server for is located in Germany. So he is bound by German law. If your domain is in his list, you have the right to sue him for the following points:

  • § 185 StGB insult
  • § 186 StGB slander
  • § 164 StGB false suspicion

Depending on his “tags” he uses to mark your domain as “evil”.
In addition, the GDPR applies. Thus, also § 17 GDPR, right to be forgotten as well as § 35 BDSG, right to deletion, correction and blocking of data, which is independent of the above.

Just thought I’d mention it.
