i regularly have lucid dreams but i’m only able to turn it into a nightmare by spawning a demon or falling from a roof. and i get a sleep paralysis every single time. this happens about three times almost every night. it’s getting pretty lame by now.

the only thing i really want is some startpage extension so i could have bookmarks there… but i’m afraid those will not work. currently it’s absolutely idiotic, there are a few last websites from history (which you can’t pin anymore) and recent bookmarks, which is useless with sync because everything i bookmark on pc fills up the few recents on mobile. on vivaldi you can decide what is on the speed dial.
some light exercise speeds up the recovery (if you didn’t damage it too bad). limping could cause problems in supporting muscles. if the pain is unbearable, maybe avoid walking too much.

the most frequent bug used to be that the video would start glitching, and i even saw memes about it so i’m certainly not the only one. it’s been years since i last tried it though, so it may have been finally fixed. it would also freeze at certain points of some videos. on linux vlc can’t play the next video in a folder so that was an instant nope.
I’m so glad I joined lemmy because it made me try out linux too. Haven’t touched my windows partition for months. Used nobara for a while, didn’t play nice with nvidia. Mint has been working almost perfectly.
First off I’m on wayland with Nvidia and I know that’s a cardinal sin but I still wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem. Simply, steam ui seems to crash or go unresponsive or something in the background while I’m playing games and then it relaunches itself and takes focus from the running game without...
not even on wayland but it still craps out constantly. goes partly or completely black, or just won’t come back after being minimized. games take forever to shut down and even afterwsrds steam shows its running. some games suddenly refuse to start and exiting steam causes it to hang and i have to kill it from resource monitor…

a cheap e-fatbike. it’s almost free to ride and it has a decent range of about 30 km without pedaling so it gets me anywhere i need to go. i regret that i didn’t get one that has studded tires available, riding on ice is scary (finland). it also squeaks on bumpy roads like an old bed…
