Well boys, just booked my first flight ever. It will happen on Monday.

I’m kinda nervous 😅 I’m not afraid of dying on it, but I’m honestly only scared of…getting sick. That, to me, is a fate worse than death 😵‍💫

@davidbures get some (natural) ginger candy. Ginger helps with motion sickness and candy helps popping your ears during takeoff 😆
But if you don't get sick on a bus, you'll be fine perfectly fine on a plane 👍

@davidbures it looks like "inner city", and so the crime rate must be off the charts

Is your app incredibly laggy while connected to Xcode 15.3 ? iPhone CPU utilization @ 170%?
Don't worry, it's not you! Apple just "fixed" Thread Performance Checker in 15.3 🤷‍♂️

Am I missing something or is there no clean way to keep a TextField focused after .onSubmit fired in ?

This works but results in the keyboard trying to dismiss itself and then quickly deciding that - nevermind - it wants to stay around.

@marcel bouncy keyboard is beloved "feature" of swiftUI 💩

Silly SwiftUI question of the week: I want a view pushed to the bottom of the screen. On iPhones with home indicators, the safe area inset takes care of positioning it a nice distance from the bottom edge, but on older iPhones, it's smushed right up against the bottom since there's no safe area inset.

Is there a way to give a bit of nice visual spacing if there's no safe area inset already doing so?

@christianselig I also have the same question. Rolled a custom"bottomSpace(atLeast:)" modifier that uses a GeometryReader and it's awful 🤢

PSA: Apps built with Xcode 14.3 crash on iOS 15.0, 15.1 & 15.1.1 😭
