sure but I get that just from walking, it activates my back musckes perfectly. I walk around 70k steps per week. those moves seem like a good excercise though, I’m just bad at keeping routines so walking is easier lol

barefoot shoes saved my back I used to have constant backpain since teenagers, now I have walked one year with barefoot shoes nad my posture is better than ever and I feel some stiffness at worst. I do walk a lot and play disc golf pretty much though, but I did before barefoot shoes too and I still had back pains.
also worth noting I started using them at almost 23 years old
you literally have to run installation script or follow instructions from arch wiki. slap some de to it and you’re good. doesn’t take a smart person to do.
to properly maintain it for longer periods forever though, takes some more skill.
