my ended by me growing up. in my country small towns and villages had pretty much no foreigners when I was child so racism was pretty normal. mostly just really offensive jokes and racial slurs with no though give to them. so it was pretty easy for all that shit catch in to you. when I grew up a bit and started hangik out in the closest city I quickly stopped all of that shit. I was never racist by heart or hateful towards minorities but all that joking and slurring was so normalized that I didn’t really give it a thought until I actually started thinking independently.
I feel sad towards some of the people I used to know who are now young adults and still live there doing the same bullshit and being actually racists

I bought oneplus 6t 5 years ago and after getting latest android with custom rom it’s like having a new phone no lag at all. the only thing that is bad is the battery lifem I already changed it once and got scammed om ebay , the new one is 1000mAh too small :D not a suprising event

They will get results but towards the goal you’ve set. If you want to do some self exploration and learn about yourself, sure it will most often help in a way or another. If you on the otherhand want to brainwash yourself with dumb conspiracy theories then it will most likely help with that too, especially if you do them too often.
A friend of mine has absolutely fried his brains with ketamine and he believes to the weirdest shit and basically think that the universe has intended him to be untouchable and no bad can happen to him. I for the other hand just learned a lot about my behaviour patterns with ketamine and came out with clearer mind about my life and goals.
