Huge kudos to the Norwegian postal service (Bring) who have designed a proper webhooks based tracking API. Now its deliveries are updated in Parcel almost in real-time. If only all other carriers did that 😠

We are aiming to support Apple Vision Pro from day one. That’s if there will be no issues with App Review which is something that can always happen 😏

Two reasons why the visionOS app was developed:

• it is an exciting new platform and I think that having Parcel there makes sense, especially with push notifications
• it is developed with SwiftUI and starting with a smaller feature set on visionOS and then developing it further will allow me to migrate the iOS version to SwiftUI as well

watchOS 10 introduces a new app design. Most system apps from Apple were redesigned with colourful backgrounds and I decided to take advantage of colour coding and redesign Parcel for the Apple Watch as well. I think it looks good!

Once you open delivery details, you can see its latest status and location. Using vertical pagination, you can scroll down to see full delivery history.
