hey #linux users on the fediverse, is there a way to tile windows on KDE Plasma 6? I've seen some stuff about Bismuth but it doesn't look like it's functional anymore, is there anything similar?
@BoydStephenSmithJr on windows I use power toys to get some light tiling tools and tiling as a layer on top of a more traditional window system is so flexible that I really, really enjoy it and I'm hoping I can achieve a similar workflow
@bass as someone that's disassembled like a lot of Nintendo hardware, people forget that the guitar hero guitar is just plastic and the Wii balance board has a fucking aluminum frame inside it
i wish there was some way to run both windows and linux at the same time on my machine so I can run valorant on my windows machine without needing to relegate my linux install to a VM
especially since some of the stuff i rely on for gw2 as well i need windows for lol
I'm so burnt out that every game I play right now isn't fun and I want a new game but nothing feels like something I want to invest a lot of time into and it sucks
@neatchee if you asked a 6th grader with a C in creative writing to predict beat for beat what would happen just based on vibes they'd get every single moment spot in
the end of #guildwars2 secrets of the obscure was awful. i hope anet knows how limp that whole expansion was. good lord.
i wish there was a game that was as fun to play to me as gw2 is, but unfortunately there isnt so i just have to choke down whatever boring content they feed us.
@neatchee quick q about the lemmy frontend you're running, is there any way to collapse comments in it? I tend to use that a lot to quickly scan comments and not having that is throwing me off lmao
I caved and ordered new #headphones again. Not thrilled about it. I kind of hate buying new stuff but wearing #AudioTechnica#ATHM50x every day is excruciating on the ears. I can't handle it anymore.
@askDNA@neatchee I made the same switch, i love them. Look into chi-fi headphones, stuff from moondrop is incredibly cheap and worth the price of admission just for testing. Arias are a bit flat but well regarded for their price point. I use more expensive planar magnetic ones, but i dont regret making that same switch one bit
