It's even funnier when you remember that I do field IT work for them about once a month and the camera system isn't going to know why I've walked in on a given day.

Earlier today I more or less walked into the kitchen of a chain restaurant with my bag of tricks with absolute impunity. Sure, I was allowed to be there, but nobody who saw me do so knew that.

I'm also having a super hard time believing that any such regulation is going to mandate the immediate replacement of every gas stove. Regulations like this almost always apply to new purchases.
And on top of all of this, please try to remember that my original post was about water heaters with only a passing reference to conservative whining over gas stoves.
So let's talk about efficiency. A heat pump does something interesting, it has a coefficient of performance that is higher than one. This means that if you put in x watt-hours of energy, you get more than x watt-hours worth of heat, usually multiple times more. Pretty efficient if you ask me!
Now of course that applies to water heaters and not stoves, but I can understand if you need to jump around and teleport between goalposts to save face.
You won't be getting any more engagement from me today. I've made my argument and you've made your "argument", nobody's changing each other's mind today, and you've namecalled far more than the person you're accusing of name-calling.

@epictittus Once League becomes unplayable, Minecraft is probably the last game I'll play. You can run your own server, you can run it in a docker container with a restricted network, you can use any version you so choose, all my friends still play it. It really is the perfect game.

@r000t I don't understand people who choose to have kids at that age. Al won't likely see the kid entering college. And also the risk of kid having autism or similar issues rises sharply.
