Cool picture, but what’s new about it? Article with picture and additional confirmation its just a TOW. Looks like a BGM-71D or BGM-71E missile. On a glance, nothing cutting edge unless I’m missing something.

In a statement on the discoveries, researchers suggested that the “entire block” was undergoing “extensive renovation works” at the time of the eruption.

Insurance will cover it.

It’s not always done. It’s a painter preference. Usually painting heads individually is only really done for heroes needing extra special attention, but some people leave bits like arms or capes off of minis for better access until the end.

There’s really no hard rules on the “right way” to do it.
