I hate technology. I hate that so many things have a computer, camera and microphone stuck to them. I hate how restrictive my government is becoming on speech. I hate this dystopia we have created and enabled here. Whoever came up with these ideas... go fuck yourselves.
Upnor Castle is an Elizabethan artillery fort located on the west bank of the River Medway in Kent.
The fort was intended to protect both the dockyard and ships of the Royal Navy anchored in the Medway. It was constructed between 1559 and 1567 on the orders of Elizabeth I, during a period of tension with Spain and other European powers. The castle consists of a two-storeyed main building protected by a curtain wall and towers, with a triangular gun platform projecting into the river. It was garrisoned by about 80 men with a peak armament of around 20 cannon of various calibres.
Watching women behave like feminine women in classic films and still be pretty kick arse at times is a lot more refreshing than what we get with modern interpretations where they aren't allowed to emote because they have to be stoic and like girlbosses. It just seems so different. Why can't we go back to this?
While it can be entertaining to speak with chatgpt or AI, to see what it does... I do not want it to replace search engines or to use it to find serious or important topics. It is not an expert.
"I can even see this in my 11 month old boy. He loves me so much and does not want to be away from me, especially as I am at home with him. But the one he copies and watches constantly for cues on what to do is his Papa. Even from such a young age, fathers are so important, contrary to what today's society would have us believe."
"Its like the tomboy debate, I didnt want to BE a boy growing up, I just wanted access to the boys games and fun and ideas because it was a hell of a lot more rational than being told the only currency you have is your physical appearance and once you lose that, you are nothing."
Interesting. There is probably something in this, because a lot of the girl toys related to beauty and fashion, to doing domestic work or mothering. For the boys, it was more about war games, action figures, physical games/sports, building things and learning more active skills and careers. There is a lot more fun to be had for children in the boys section.
"On any stay at home moms videos you'll see tons of angry comments, angry because women like us are happy. I did choose my life, my husband and to be a stay at home mom."
"There's nothing wrong with being a housewife. If a woman wants to be a pilot or a CEO of a big company, more power to her, but stop perceiving housewives as something "oppressive", "outdated", or "redundant""
At Shitposter.club, we have listened to the community and we haven't forgotten that diversity of thought is our strength. That is why we are going to double down on our efforts to encourage diverse thoughts on this platform and we will provide a safe space for controversial opinions. Like should pineapple be on pizza?

I would rather my politicians had a working knowledge of and vast recollection of the history of my country. That they spoke about this more often. It's important to not forget who we are as a people and this goes doubly for those put in charge of the country so they can reflect on it when making decisions.
I am reminded again why I wouldn't recommend minors being on fedi. They are just one short search away from finding sick fetishes even searching something innocuous. We have some sick fucks on here.
"According to statistics, around a quarter of rapes in Germany are committed by foreigners, as are a third of murders. However, residents without a German passport make up around 10 percent of the total population. The way the German justice system deals with these cases is mind-boggling: A white German woman was raped by a refugee from Afghanistan in Regensburg, Bavaria. He received a relatively light sentence, but "could not be deported" because "the Taliban could pose a threat to his life". Where do you think he went on holiday after he got out of prison? Yes, he went to Afghanistan (with German taxpayers´ money)."
