I was reading through this article “The Man who killed Google Search” from Ed Zitron https://www.wheresyoured.at/the-men-who-killed-google/ I’m someone who has implemented search at a whole bunch of different companies (and got half way through writing a book on Search for O’Reilly before doing a startup put a crimp on that).

The way they’ve adapted their workflow to deal with both the increased volume, but also the increased number of tourists who aren’t au fait with Full English options, should be used as lessons for management, for manufacturing efficiency and for polite but firm customer service
