However, if we look at the numbers, this output only matches current EU military spending. Countries which are on avg spending less than 2% on it currently.

Tell me again how Ukraine supported only by Europe can’t possibly win?

@gimulnautti it's at least as much a matter of troops as of weapons. Western nations show no sign of sending theirs into the meat grinder.

@gimulnautti There are two possible interpretations of the situation in Ukraine which isn't exactly a blitzkrieg with Russian troops and tanks storming across the country. One is that it is indeed an operation with limited objectives. The other is that Russia is struggling to make progress against Ukraine. Quite how either of these suggests a threat to other European countries escapes me.
