I love all the cute moments between Nick and Charlie, it seems to be very faithful to the comics. Itโll be interesting to see what role Ben will play, that seems to be a bit more prominent than in the comics. And apparently thereโll be some drama between Tara and Darcy? Canโt wait for August 3rd!

And it sounds like you had a stressful week, so good for you that you can enjoy some of your hobbies and practice self-care. I think thatโs one of the most important things we should strive to do: respect and love ourselves.
Yes, the staying quiet, avoiding eye contact, not asking questions and not talking about myself are very recognisable. One of the things I dread most in these situations is me sweating excessively, so I tend to try and hide this with special clothing.
Thank you, thatโs good advice. Iโve been improving at it slowly over the years, but it feels like babysteps. Iโm now trying to learn to be proud of and happy with any small progress, that helps a bit. Also I try to focus more on the other person in conversations instead of on my own thoughts and sensations.
