For mothers day, magshe-share ako ng story about sa tita ko na nanay ko na ngayon na tita ko noon (jk, she's been my mother figure since my mom died).

Sinugod niya 'yung teacher ko sa 2nd year Filipino kasi binigyan ako ng 76 na grade dahil wala akong Kayumanggi na workbook. Nagpapasa naman ako ng activities from there, nasa intermediate pad nga lang dahil hindi kaya magluwal ng 40 pesos for the workbook (ganon kami kahirap). 1/n

nagrereklamo ang nanay dahil binigyan ng same teacher ang anak niya ng grade na 79. Further in their convo, it was revealed na ang ipinasa lang ng student na ito ay 'yung Kayumanggi na workbook and nothing else (no major projects na pinasa, hindi rin pala-recite, hindi nagpasa ng notebook, etc). Nainis daw tita ko kasi nagpasa nga ako ng lahat ng activities, Kayumanggi lang ang wala. 3/n

And 76 pa raw ang binigay eh samantalang kompleto raw ako baket 79 daw yung isa lang ang pinasa. At sa akin pa ibinigay samantalang nasa star section nga raw ako, dapat daw ako yung mas binigyan ng consideration.

The next day, binati ako ni ma'am and tinanong kung siya lang daw ba ang line of 7 ko sa card. Sabi ko oo kasi true naman. Hindi bumaba ng 87 ang grades ko sa ibang subjects, even Math na around this time ay weakest subject ko.

Since then tumatak na ata ako sa kanya. 4/n

Di ko na alam now, pero until my last year in college, natatandaan ako ni ma'am pag bumabalik ako sa school ko na 'yon. At kahit may ganitong shenanigans, she turned out to be one of my inspirations kaya lalo akong na-in love sa Filipino as a language. Sobrang okay kasi niya magturo, feeling ko lang hinulaan niya yung grade ko that time 🤣. First grading pa lang kasi 'yon kaya baka hindi pa niya ako natatandaan. 5/n

Drag Race Philippines and Drag Den really were that impactful because growing up, gay kids only play chinese garter and that game taray-tarayan which is like our own version of a reading challenge before it was cool. And now literal kids as young as eight years old are engaging in BALLROOM CULTURE?? Literal kids who probably don't even know how to read yet are VOGUING??? Gay culture is alive and well, and thriving mamas. Happy mothers day to everyone who mothers.

Just now I saw an actual barangay event where there are two kids in house clothes battling it out voguing and doing all these splits and flips. I'm so happy y'all 😭 we are still far from equality but right now queer culture is being embraced 🥹

There's truly a magic in these barangay buy-and-sell Facebook groups because I see people around my area just posting homecooked meals for 100 pesos and free delivery around the entire Santolan, Pasig. Like, yes ma'am let me have some of your chicken pastil 😍

I know there's a theory that the missing 10th Harbinger is Diluc's father Crepus. But I think it was Crucabena. When Arlecchino killed her, the Tsaritsa would have given her the 10th seat. But upon finding out about her Khaenri'ahn curse, she instead gave her the 4th seat.

Now the question changes to "who was in the 4th seat before The Knave?" And to that, I have no answer lol
