New audiobooks of all seven titles in JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series will be released exclusively on Audible in late 2025. More than 100 performers will be cast to voice the books’ various characters and “bring these iconic stories to life as never heard before”.
A joint statement from Amazon-owned Audible and Pottermore Publishing, the audio and ebook publisher of the Harry Potter series, said the new audiobooks will not aim to replace the much-loved single-voice English-language recordings by Jim Dale and Stephen Fry, but “sit alongside and complement” them.

ok, something weird is going on with my NVDA. If I leave it alone for a while, I come back to this really high pitched noise. Restarting it clears it up, but ouchy

@evilcookies98 that must be the unspoken nvda addon. I only say that because I know that mason's fork of unspoken causes this. A restart of nvda will fix it but yeah ouch.

@evilcookies98 I actually do know this because that very thing happened to me once. I remember waking up one morning to hear a strange distant buzzing. I thought my chargers were like half way unplugged or something. Imagine my face when I stopped unplugging and plugging cables back in about half an hour later just to find out that it was that addon lmao. It was a great morning.

@TSchulte @evilcookies98 @JamminJerry @kev Oh yes addons can cause key conflicts sometimes. But thankfully this is a lesser issue because most of the time the keys can be changed in input gestures.

Today's weird bug I have to try and fix: Global explorer shortcuts (particularly keys tied to desktop icons) don't work in my window, but they work everywhere else. Windows+r does work, but things like control alt N for NVDA don't. DWM keys work though, like alt+win+ctrl+shift+l for linkedin. This is so weird I'm not even touching explorer WTF duuuuude

You know, its amazing how many people run around on online platforms showing off things that they have from their close friends or whatever, just to get annoyed or what have you when they are asked to share information or the thing they're showing off itself. That's what you get for bragging. Don't get angry because we want to have fun or are interested in the thing that you are showing off with for that exact reason. If that's too hard for you, don't show off. Lol. One of those things I'll never understand. Stop showing off to be a prick. To be honest this is one of the bigger reasons I stay away from certain places these days.

If you get frustrated over a game when you didn't read the instructions or help that were clearly written to assist you, blame yourself, not the developer(s) or game itself. The help was created for a reason and it took time and effort to write. Read it.

I fought tooth and nail to switch back to apple a couple of years ago and for what? Apple has been slacking lately and I do not approve. What the hell apple. You were the legend when it came to keeping voice over going with few bugs. But now that doesn't seem so. If this keeps happening I'm switching back.

Absolutely mind blown today. Found a website that summarizes terms of service for lots of services out there such as Facebook, Reddit, Amazon and others; ranking them from grade A, very good, to grade E, awful.
