I’m so fucking happy. I went looking for an equivalent Lemmy community only a couple of days ago and there wasn’t really anything. But now here are the OGs!
+1 for Voyager. It’s had like 6 releases since I installed it, sometimes multiple on the same day. It’s the most polished and complete interface I’ve found on Android and it installs absolutely everywhere on every system because PWA.
Fwiw, after lemmy.ml announced last week that they would preemptively block/defed anything owned by Meta, and lemmy.world didn’t, I got the heebie-jeebies and relocated my main account to .ml. I’ve learned to listen to little red flags like that and now this.
Edit: just to add that it might be nothing. I hope it’s nothing and that I’m overreacting. But…
And that’s largely because they’ve kept it invitation-only, so the users are all approximately simpatico. That can’t last though. Eventually they’ll have to open it up and let in the shills, the grifters and the racist uncles.
