I made the fingers shorter to give it a more paw-like look. I think it turned out well? I still need to find a way to indicate the fingers without layers of shading to integrate the hand better into the art style
They couldn't leave the small little foxxo companion alone, nooooooo, they just HAD to pull the over-used "lol this animal/monster is a girl now" trope :baa:
If you're curious what my "sketches" look like: they look like low-poly art and it gradually evolves into the finished drawing. I don't have a dedicated sketch layer.
This is the second anthro character I'm going to draw, and also the second time I draw clothing. Seeing how confident I've become at drawing new and potentially difficult subjects makes me feel proud. :drgn_happy: At the beginning, it was all foxes and then dragons.
Very annoyed by the fact that modern UI/HMI designs have a tendency to disregard well-researched and established solutions and replace them with shitty ones either because it's cheaper or because it's trendy. Flat UI is objectively harder to use. Replacing physical controls with a huge touchscreen in cars is dangerous. Replacing buttons and forms with a chat bot is fucking annoying. There is no need to make your checkboxes round like a special little snowflake. Fuck your dark patterns and especially "maybe later".
@jeder I can't take people seriously who act like any occurrence of empty space means a website is bad. There are websites that use empty space way too much for no good reason, but Wikipedia isn't one of them.
Apple has apologised after an online backlash to an advert for its new iPad that features an industrial-sized hydraulic press crushing a collection of creative objects including musical instruments and books.
How could they possibly think that's a great idea :woozy_baa:
