Recently I have been using Firefox Focus on my phone. It's a privacy focused browser that deletes it's history/cache/cookies frequently. Today my daughter asked me to get two things from Amazon which by default opened in FF. Since I wasn't logged in and FF allows you to easily open up another browser I opened up the regular Firefox and lo and behold price jumped. Price difference was 6-8% more. Below is an example. I heard of this practice before haven't observed. Buyer beware.

A Penn donor talked about rescinding a $100 million donation, because Penn is improving its DEI and he didn't like that.

After Magill fell into the GOP trap by flubbing that answer, the donor rescinded the donation pending a new president.

Right-wing framing is that the new president will be someone that is "Not anti-semitic." Left framing is that the new president will be "Someone that speaks with clarity on protecting Jewish students." Both slightly off.

The new prez will likely be anti-DEI

@mekkaokereke size of Upenn endowment is something like $20b. Are these schools selling themselves so cheap over what is like less than one percent of their endowment. What is even the point then?

Did 15 miles on the radwagon electric cargo bike today for school pickups. Used maybe 0.1 kWh of electricity. The PHEV we have would have been about 7.5 kWh for the same route.
