webghost0101,

I am confused. Is this satire looking factual news on a real satire website?

webghost0101, (edited )

Its not addressing the campaign its addressing the businesses who are scared of the campaign.

They’re saying there is nothing to fear because what they do now is legal and they have no interest in increased regulation.

webghost0101,

To elect the person most likely not to horribly escalate the guaranteed protest post election is quite a strat.

Who ever said politics were boring? Shits on fire, literally

webghost0101, (edited )

Even if devoid of the context.

Teaching kids to destroy large amounts of food. Cant imagine thats good for mental health.

Would be interesting if we could track these youth in 20 years from now to ask how they feel about this footage and war.

webghost0101,

Thank you. I really needed a good way to describe what i was seeing the current election cicle.

All these weird promises, bad ideas, sudden legislations i am seeing around are so detached from the problems i witness. Every time i see an ad for a party i want to vote for em less. Some of it even feels like it laughing in my face and taking the piss at us.

They are just doing what they want at this point!

Thank you!

Edit: This rant has little to do on the subject of sex education in the uk.

webghost0101,

NEET is is an economic label that means Not in Employment Education or Training. Its the group often looked down on as leeches in society but the term doesn’t consider the reasons or health of the person.

The sister in the post appears much more like the Japanese shutins or hikikomori who isolate themselves from all social contact. Technically being a hikikomori is a choice but mental health and big pressure culture probably dont help.

webghost0101,

Thats what i meant with “technically” a choice

The ironic part in this is that ecologically/footprint speaking the impact might be pretty positive compared to going out.

Thsts also what it was like it in medieval europe lord days. Peasants sow and harvested the lands but most of the year didn’t have much to do.

Sounds alot better then the cant skip a paycheck or miss rent hustle culture.

webghost0101,

Both sides are true.

Work itself was much harder and life itself could be called a struggle compared to today’s standards.

But the attitude towards works was very different and much more broken up. Leisure in medieval times is well documented.

“During times of high wages and good harvests, peasants could expect to work no more than 150 days a year.”

webghost0101,

I updated the kernel and for some reason my ubuntu becomes unable to find how to use the network.

After going in circles it was much easier to just go back to the previous kernel.

webghost0101,

Plus the increased personal responsibilities that come with adult hood means you have less room to fuck up.

a 5yo can fuck up every step down the line and still cheer for victory because mom and dad needed a win and gaslighted the kid into believing they did things on their own.

webghost0101,

Thats true but i do hope we approach our organization a tad bigger and a bit more sensitive then a cop punishing vigilante ring.

webghost0101,

Because a group to punish cops is just cops punishing criminals with extra steps.

Systemic oppression is a problem but the police are a symptom rather than the source.

Police is a tool by those in power, one of the main objectives is to protect private properties because ownership of resources is what competition has always been about.

I support pretty much any left pushing operation but my personal angle(dream) would be to further radicalize the youth into being more class conscious and to occupy the space we need to not just survive but thrive as decentralized network of solarpunk communities.

webghost0101,

Instructions clear and understood.

You can find my part of this new online activism here

Dont forget to like, share and doomscroll the rest of my anti socialmedia propaganda 🤩

webghost0101,

There are so many sensible reasons to regulate these vapes and yet they go for protect the children.

How does banning disposable vapes which costs almost the same as cartridges for a non disposable vape help at all at protecting kids who would probably already stand out in the adult-oriented stores these are sold.

There needs to be proper quality control on these things with a set of ground rules for recycling and safe use. What does it matter if the user is 18 or 21?

webghost0101,

Why cant scientific progress not be a group effort with everyone doing their part according to their means?

Why does it have to be the greed addicts with the power to initiate human greatness and ingenuity?

Don’t we all want essentially the same things?

  • sustainable production of (luxury) goods
  • sustainable power production
  • sustainable homes in a sustainable climate
  • to evolve as a species and explore more of the unknowns in the cosmos
webghost0101,

Individual instances can and do but decentralization means everyone can spin one up with your own rules.

I bet if you looked around there be plenty of lawless absolutist instances that allow all manners of free speech but non will adhere exactly to your own moral ideals besides the one you made yourself.

They made it sound like he assaulted someone ar first but it does seem to have been just a (offensive) gesture after repeatedly requesting they leave him alone.

Disproportionate is an understatement especially considering the already tense climate.

Song would have gotten good points for sure aswell.

webghost0101,

I couldn’t tell myself but my wife said the other singer on stage (Henri) sung lots of false notes.

I mean using the visual of the metro that never made it into the game does feel like a stab of somekind

webghost0101,

Well let me swallow my words.

Glad i waited out on replaying when the dlc dropped so i still gotta check that out.

I thought they said there be no more content updates soon after that so i stopped paying attention, legit really excited to check the metro stations out now.

webghost0101,

You dont have to call it drugs if you can call it prescribed medication through a loophole.

webghost0101,

This was my first thought but the way he instantly reacted with a i gotta call police after taking a first proper look at it makes me give benefit of doubt.

I now think the grab might have been more of a customer is ripping part of our equipment reflex. And then it dawned what he was actually dealing with.

webghost0101,

A zoo with pretend fantasy animals still relying on real animals to sell the effect seems like a trend we may want to know about because of how shady it is.

Wanna see a real natural animal, all cool and fun.

accept the real natural surroundings it requires to live and thrive (i only know 2 zoos irl that do it properly)

Wanna see fantasy creatures, also cool. Go see some in vr or a video game and accept there not actually real.

Animal welfare wont change unless we keep the discussion going
