[@GamersNexus] They Changed Everything: Valve Steam Deck OLED vs. LCD Tear-Down (www.youtube.com)

The new Valve Steam Deck OLED didn’t just change the screen: Almost every part of the device has had some sort of revision, from the screws to the power topology of the motherboard. Is Palestine a splinter state though?

Technically yes because formally there are two autonomous regions (Gaza and West Bank) on Israeli soil.

They never acknowledged any borders partitioning Palestine and Israel, so technically they claimed it with agreeing to various peace agreements like not settling in Gaza strip.

Steam itself isn’t that special and things like Heroic exist but where Steam wins is the ecosystem. Also Valve sponsor developments of Linux desktop technologies, so even if Steam itself is proprietary, some of the money ends up advancing open source.

I’ve been using Brave Search supplemented by Startpage for the past 2+ years. When I search for something, I want to get results for credible webpages, not a summary of unknown quality. I liked the previous AI inclusion because it was instant, didn’t take up much space, and I could quickly navigate to the websites referenced...

So you were fine with Brave before when they scammed others?

Brave has always been despicable.
