Besser?
We have blackwater kayaking in Bavaria, some of our rivers run from swamps and the water color is a deep brown/amber. Makes for pretty tricky water when it gets shallow as you don't see the stones in it.
I'll just start :) What is your setup/Level of experience
I got myself a chinese lasercutter, one of those infamous K40 CO2 units, with a 30 x 20 cm cutting area about five years ago.
Since then I've been doing a few larger projects (a lamp for starters, a small spice shelf, your usual boxes.py, some personalized items as gifts for birthdays and weddings, even some pieces of laser-engraved jewelry. What project are you currently working on?
Currently I'm cutting a lot of stuff for my wedding, such as invitation cards, place cards, menues and some deco.
I still owe r/lasercutting a video of how to engrave in color on uneven surfaces w. plastidip/liquidtape, but it will probably take some more days before I get to it. What is my current setup? I still got my K40 at home, but mostly use the beambox we have at work. there's a free-use arrangement and it's a fabulous machine with camera positioning and network access. What are my hopes/expectations for this community?
I hope this becomes a place to go for laser enthusiasts, where you can share and get praise and well-meant critiques on your work, can ask for advice and most importantly get inspired by the work of your peers.

I have "hide adult content" turned off in my profile settings but when i visit some NSFW magazine (e.g. lemmynsfw.com) it blurs some images until i hover over them
stupid question; how can I customize new magazines? Basically, I'd like to set up an icon of the magazine and a banner, similar to the avatar and banner on the user profile. I see some magazines have them and would really like to do that for the communities I try to migrate as well :)
