I still keep losing comments.
Stuff pointing from notifications lead to no such comment - cannot find anything with Ctrl+F and I see no page numbers or any other indicators of any other pages existing.
Anyone else not being able to find their comment in a thread?
I have a notification of two replies but I cannot find even my own comment let alone their replies.
I wish to see a better tomorrow through greener choices that more and more people choose. I play my part to make a difference, no matter how small it is compared to something else.
I trust that nuclear energy is one of the choices we can make that take us to a cleaner future.
Even though I'm not subscribed to the Nuclear magazine because I get to read through every thread, I am nonetheless happy every time I see you posting one more nuclear thread.
Maybe we get more chances to make a cleaner difference?
@Damaskox I get them every now and then trying to upvote, downvote, or boost something, but it's extremely random. Usually, I find that going to the activity tab and upvoting from there helps
@Damaskox
Yes I do, just like kbin seems to forget my login often. Looks to me like it needs to reminded you're logged in and therefore can up/downvote without errors.
I keep noticing once in a while that when I add a link with an alias like this, sometimes the link vanishes when I later look upon my thread (not sure yet if this happens on comments or microblog).
is it my side which malfunctions sometimes?
(I use Windows on PC, Firefox and https://kbin.social/)
@Damaskox All I could find for instance rules for kbin.social is "Harassment, hate speech, or any other form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any content or user that violates these guidelines." (from the tos)
@lusterko We are talking on a equivalent of centuryclub subreddit. It should be restricted to redditors with proven karma more than 100 000.
Both you and @stopthatgirl7 have more than 100 000 reputation (which is somewhat similar, measured by boosts and votes).
Bizarrily, neither me, nor Ernest (!), nor sub owner have got 100k rep on /kbin alone.
I have the Special Edition.
I got some updates from the Creation Club - including the survival mode.
But not the backpack.
.
The backpack seems to be behind the Anniversary DLC, which needs to be purchased, OR in the Creation Club that also needs real money to be bought.
Isn't it strange to include survival mode to the Special Edition that drops the weight limit to 0.5 and then putting the backpack behind a paywall in the Anniversary DLC?
Especially when the survival mode talks about the backpacks but we still make an error when we assume they're in the game WITH the survival mode automatically.
.
Is this one of those examples of making players to pay money to really have a feature that was promised to be had without extra purchases?
What’s crazy is that skyrim came out 12 years ago and they are still coming up with DLC schemes to squeeze more money out. There were only 5 years between Oblivion and Skyrim. Make a new game already, Bethesda.
I don't mind paying for DLC's, when the content is worth the coin.
What makes me feel suspicious is talking about X in content Y that I feel should be content Y but no, you need to buy content Z to fulfill content Y's promise...
Dammit! I hate it that I cannot edit a thread picture anymore after creating a thread in kbin!
I just get an error and that's it.
One fail and I need to make a copy of the other thread with the correct image and delete the other thread...
Also, if it takes longer to create the thread and I re-click the create-button, here we go without the picture...
@Skavau Might depend on 1) how many threads one makes 2) how many times one wants to associate a picture to a thread 3) how many times one fails to add the initial thread picture to a thread while creating it.
