These companies tend to own or have long term leases, so either they are stuck paying rent and have to justify the expense or they own an asset that is depreciating in value and they could stop that from happening by spending no money to force their employees back into the office. You have to think about the big money, too. Real estate is a cornerstone asset for big money, many banks and real estate empires hold these enormous office buildings and society trending towards WFH means those buildings are rapidly losing their value.
The Super Bowl broadcast is notorious for drawing a large contingent of non-football fans who watch for the commercials and the half-time show. Now, an Alberta liquor store is offering a trio of Super Bowl-themed six packs ahead of Sunday’s big game, including one targeted at the newest group of NFL fans.
It's a collection of already existing products not a product on it's own, and the image is an AI rendering. It's just a goofy promotion at a single liquor store, like when movie stores do like mystery movie nights and put movies in a brown sack and write something like "for Nicholas Cage lovers" on it. If it is illegal it sure doesn't seem worth enforcing.

Yeah I've been really enjoying the building in single player but I'm beginning to feel like I need to hit up multiplayer to get as much as I can out of the experience as it is now. I wish they would release a road map
Sega arguably did lose eventually though, with the same strategy that helped them win the early parts. They pushed for bleeding edge hardware at a time when returns on hardware were a lot lower and the market didn't really know what to do with it and ultimately had to shutter their hardware production. It's a shame too because the Dreamcast did look pretty good for the time and was the first console with online play long before Xbox brought LAN to the living room.
Lmao fair enough still better than the confederates did. The Yakuza series is testament enough to their success as a studio too it's not like they just keep dragging Sonic out every year (I mean they still do but there is some good shit as well)
Awh Lass sounds adorable :) Grimlee is my guy, he's still just 4 and has a ton of energy and is my favorite buddy. He's a Collie\Heeler mix and he likes to stand on his back legs and wave his paws at people lol
He didn't mean "Weak Ass Person," though, he was using it the way everyone else does. He just also spent a weird amount of time 'proving' such a pussy is impossible, and he sounded as obnoxious as you do right now.
The lyrics are fucking dull man. This guy sucks. Even if his ideals weren't garbage, his entire little schtick of being the "rightest" person in the room is a nasty quality that serves no one. Don't emulate this whisp of insecurity.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, if you're holding a weapon it is your responsibility to know if that weapon is live, I don't care who hands it to you or under what context. Children learn this in rifle safety.
Does the armorer share responsibility? Definitely. But you can't just say "someone else got hired to do that so Baldwin is off the hook." Even pointing a gun around, live ammo or not, with the hammer cocked is plainly asinine and unsafe behavior. All Baldwin needed to do was take 5 seconds to open the chamber and look at the bullets to prevent someone losing their life, if that's not negligence then what exactly is?
Yeah I do agree it is primarily her fault (though why she was hired in the first place is a whole other thing, I suspect Baldwin had little to do with that anyway though). I just think he needs to take his part of the blame and not just be let off because he's a celebrity boy.
I had not even thought about that but you're totally right. I guess Riker plays the sax and Picard has his flute but I can't remember either of them writing original songs
I had to look it up I have never heard this word used besides in this poem and just assumed it meant "makes obvious" but I learned something new today! It means "to remove, prevent or avoid" for those like me who did not know.
Just had a Sneepo Bar from Egypt the other day and it is basically a snickers bar except like really, extremely fucking good (it's like actual nougat in there boys) and now all I want is more Sneepo.
Well it's a bianca which does seem a little off to me to just remove the sauce element entirely but it seems like he went for just the pure 'salty and sweet' play and I think it could work. He grills the pineapple rings to eliminate moisture issues. Overall I think this would be a good pie but the tomato seems so crucial to the whole thing working, but maybe that's only when ham is in play.
Edit:
As an aside, a recipe for a good party food is to core and hollow out a half pineapple, leaving some meat on the skin, then chop the remainder and lightly brown in a pan with cubed ham, cherry tomatoes and pizza seasoning of your choice (basil is great here), then throw it all back into the pineapple with those little mozzarella balls and broil the whole thing. Serve it with crusty bread. It bops.
