I've had the hiccups for ~8 of the last ~13 hrs. The usual remedies have failed. I've accepted my fate.
As an aside, anybody remember the children's show Rolly Polly Olly? I remember seeing it as a little kid, and I'm always reminded of the episode on hiccups when I'm afflicted.
