Alan Wake II is such a visual feast, as messed up as the world in the game is, I'm loving every minute of it!

@LePertti visually the game is great, but the gameplay for the first part is a little rough around the edges. The visuals and story kept me going though.

I would like to start reading more manga.

Thinking, slice of life, farming/country, magical/fantasy. Not fan service boobalicious stuff pls.
I loved watching THE MAKANAI on Netflix which was adapted from Kiyo in Kyoto.

What are your recs?

(pls tell me where I can find said manga, one of my main difficulties is FINDING the stuff. It's like, cryptic AF)

Bonus if it's free or could be gotten from a library or something.

See next post for what I've read and enjoyed.

@MsHearthWitch Pluto (recently adapted to an anime on Netflix) has some really good Sci-Fi thoughts and questions, though it may be more serious than you're looking for.

Blue Flag (published by Viz in America) is a story about a high school boy who develops a crush on a girl who has a crush on his friend, at least that's where it starts. It then goes on to look at some of the pressures modern day kids might face in high school (at least in Japan). High school drama, but feels grounded.

Generally, if you're looking to read manga, you can find fan transitions on MangaDex.
