Hello, I'm a photographer and tech nerd

Lol, if you see a person wearing a tucked in blue polo shirt with dress pants with a yellow splotch on his shirt, you can probably make a safe assumption that they work for best buy :)

Same goes for bestbuy. It's because everyone and their mother calls the place constantly for free tech support, so I sort of understand it

I don't sea the problem, stop harshing the otter's mellow

Even though I use Bluetooth a lot now, I still find uses for my headphone jack especially when travelling. For anyone wondering, Sony still makes a great flagship with a great headphone jack and removable storage

They could have been, though. It's a shame manufacturers went for sealed in batteries instead because it saves them money and forces people to buy a new device or pay exorbitant fees for a replacement- so it's a win win for them.

I will never understand why people defend sealed batteries, or other feature removal like removable storage. they have -zero- cons for the consumer and anyone who thinks they do have been duped by Apple-style advertising and marketing. Reminds me of the Onion video about the new MacBook Wheel.

15 minutes maybe for an experienced technician but easily hours for someone who isn't used to device repair which is not reasonable.

You've been duped if you honestly think devices can only reach IP68 resistance when they have sealed batteries.

My current phone has a headphone jack and removable sim card tray with removable storage that you can take out easily with your fingernail, and it's IP68 and just as thin if not thinner than current gen iphones.

The thing is, nobody sensible drinks that piss beer including myself so none of this matters in the slightest to me - but it's cool that the republicans are all patting themselves on the back for it I guess :)

So this is the meme Putin saw before switching off Russia's Internet

Fuck, 20p? My mum gave mine away when I was gone one summer and I was gutted.

How much did you pay for a used crystal boy?

We are all making the jump on this blessed day

We all know, Sergio. He's just trying to be positive about reddit refugees and I, for one, appreciate it

I took a screenshot of you commenting so I'm pretty sure it's me in the screenshot mister

I'm in the same boat as you. I really want it to be good but I don't trust a thing Todd says anymore.

Reddit is going to remove mods of private communities unless they reopen — ‘This is a courtesy notice to let you know that you will lose moderator status in the community by end of week.’ (www.theverge.com)

Reddit has informed moderators of communities that are still private in protest that they will lose their mod status by the end of the week. Thousands of communities went dark earlier this month to push back on the company’s planned API pricing changes.

Nice, still trying to wrap my head around the separate instances. If they were truly federated, wouldn't they all tie into each other or am I missing something?

Good looking out- I needed something like this :)
