Some are better than others at federation, that's for sure. readit.buzz was flawless but fedia.io still has issues. I can't talk, I couldn't even get my instance to login correctly.

And just checking... you searched for "@ethfinance" specifically in the tchncs community search?

If BTC $30.5k breaks, it makes sense. There's literally no argument for a bear anymore at that point. Hi-ho silver bull run into the Fed cut in a year or two!

I wish I did. Back in the day, I went down the list from Prysm to Nimbus, had quite a bit of trouble on Nimbus, and never continued to the final spot on the CL list with Lodestar.

Someday we'll have @superphiz start up a m/ethstaker here!

Yep, we're being dragged up in fiat along with BTC'd typical dominance run at the end of a bear. Ride it out, adjust portfolios, manage risk... these months aren't bad of course, but less fun with gramps taking charge. Ah well, happens every cycle. The tunnel's end is nearing!

Hanni did an EXCELLENT job with it. I hope he gets noticed by the wider kbin community, though I know the ethfinance ties will have many hesistant.

There have been some definite birds-eye view correlations. I'd check out Ben Cowen's YT channel, he does a lot of work with regression rainbows.

Enormous news indeed!

JONATHAN BONATHAN MACLEMONATHAN!

I never had a following. You're the real rockstar who can bring balance to the Force.

I'm boring and useless. I just play with defi legos (and real Lego).

Gosh it's been so long and I mostly just dove right in to start experimenting.

Maybe start with explainers from around the time it launched?

Tuna might be prohibitively expensive to send over to you, but let's put our heads together. What are the expenditures and costs for running Caches? Can you set up a https://ko-fi.com/ and maintain it? Have you presented to a DAO or github raise? Could it be put into hibernation while you regain your financial footing?

Dude! This is awesome. You should invite some testers from https://kbin.social/m/kbinMeta. They've been clamoring for a combined suite of upgrades.

I can see this becoming one of those software things where it starts as EthFinance Buddy, then becomes a standalone thing called EF Buddy, and years down the line people are like "TIL EF Buddy stands for EthFinance because the developer originally..."

PineTime - a $27 smartwatch that runs open source firmware and software that's easy to flash and easy to modify and tinker with (liliputing.com)

This is the smartwatch I own. True netrunners know that the tech we wear on (or under) our skin is a prime entry vector for ever hungry megacorps to bleed the pulsing data from our digital veins, so having a wearable I have full control over is of paramount importance. I can flash it with new firmware whenever I want, the...

That's great in terms of a speedy recovery. Coming away from this, what sort of node maintenance do you think you'll add to the regimen?

Just one guy, but I've been in and out of Liquity troves for years now. Zero issues. Early days had LUSD sometimes trading at $0.98 or even $0.975, but it hasn't been meaningfully below peg in a very, very long time.

There's also Gravita to consider, which is Liquity-style loans using LSTs (and WETH and funny enough BLUSD).

Yeah spez acts like they generate, well, anything. reddit is a glorified server farm, an easily accessed infrastructure and storage space. They should be treated as such and paid as such. No issue from me if ads keep up their certainly enormous server load. But to claim user IP is disgusting.

Sure! It's the expected ceiling for BTC dominance in my mind, as dominance naturally increases during a bear. Alts (and in prior cycles, ETH) have outflows to safety in BTC (and now, unlike prior cycles, ETH).

Previously, 50-55% dominance was a large support/ resistance level, so I expect the bear inflows to BTC should top around there. Ben Cowen has a similar outlook, though he anticipates a slight overshoot to 60% is possible. I'll make a quick video tomorrow illustrating these levels better too.

It's important to remember the BTC.D chart is a sloooooow mover. It should take a few more weeks or even moths to hit the top. And the ratio will also likely suffer a bit when that happens, just less than in prior years I imagine. We really haven't retested 0.05 as a base in a long time...
