Not something to go down in the history books

Challengers is a film directed by Zendaya who also stars as the main lead. The storyline itself has no depth to it however the concept is also quite cool. Personally with a few tweaks to it it could be alot better for the consumer. It can also be quite hard to follow with chops and turns between years. In terms of camerawork and filmography i found it to be too loud in certain scenes with it being a struggle to hear what was being said at times. With some of the shots they seemed to go on way too long and with the film already being over 2 hours i felt like they were not necessary. With that being said, my limited knowledge of Zendaya i believe this is her first director role and with that in mind i would say its a good film, its not something that will go down in history but i would rewatch it one day.
