An embryo is one of the earliest stages of development of a multicellular organism. But according to the Supreme Court of Alabama, it is a person, too — an unborn child, entitled to the same legal protections as any minor....
Say about the Ukrainians what you want, but their knack for turning stuff into utterly nonsensical murder machines is genuinely impressive. Have an atronomically fuck-off huge shotgun is bound to leave a dent in the enemy's morale.
Name three nations the US has couped to replace their democratically elected leader with a corrupt autocrat that sold gladly his people to US interest in exchange of power.
Then you should remember these days more accurately.
So should you. Remember when ads were just static banners? No, you don't. Don't pick a point in time that fits your bias and ignore the rest, mate. Might turn your glasses as brown as your take is shite.
I poked around a while and couldn’t find anything, I see memes from y’all all the time and the progressive nature of Star Trek has got me. I wanna watch it....
Sadly Star Trek ended with Voyager, but you'll still enjoy it. Especially TNG and the Babylon 5 clone, Deep Space 9, which are both pretty slowstarters, but switch to Warp10 after a season.
Australians have resoundingly rejected a proposal to recognise Aboriginal people in its constitution and establish a body to advise parliament on Indigenous issues....
That's what I as an outside person have read for like a decade. Australia is usually looking good because it's not 'murica, kind of like Canada, but bloody hell don't look too close.

Since the inevitable fate of all ironic communities is to be taken over by those that actually mean it, I'm going to try and work out a way to avoid actual racists and general cunts in this instance here.
I mean, Secrets of the Obscure? Might as well be called The Place of the Holder. But then again, who knows. As long as it's not another Guild Wars 2: Remember That?, I'll be happy.
It does? Maybe it's like four rooms and a bouncy mushroom equivalent inbetween each. I'm carefully optimistic regarding the depth of the thing. Or, hopefully, quite literally The Depths.
Pretty sure that unpaid content is generally pretty dead, Gyala was barely worth an update and season 1 was rehashed old content. No wonder that their one new Fractal after two years isn't getting much fanfare either.
Compared to week 1, reset was a lot smoother. There was still some fuckery with the borderlands opening when they shouldn't. Queue times were reasonable. That could be simply an issue of less people trying to play. We had very minimal lag as well....
I've been exploring the fediverse and subbing and posting all over the damn place. Realizing lemmy can federate with kbin blew my mind. Not to mention the possibility of turning my old laptop into a personal server to host my own instance. Is this what it felt like to discover how the internet worked in the 90s?
I'm kind of unhappy with some of the changes but the more I sit on others, the more interested I am with this patch? It's gonna have growing pains for sure but I'm curious how other people feel
I know this pattern. Skills that were fine for years and years and years are suddenly a problem and get gutted, dumbed down and/or removed. Entire mechanics get axed. Class personality dies in favour of homogenisation. Before that we got less content in lower quality but also a much more aggressive monetisation.

I paid $3.50, but got free onions. Interested to hear what others paid.
