Most adults vape fruit flavors too.
Disposables have to go, banning flavors is just pushing ex-smokers to smoking again.

It's impossible to replicate tobacco flavor with artificial food flavorings, "tobacco" flavored ecigs taste horrible.

That was the original promise before the playtests, No new edition.
They are afraid of splitting the fanbase with a new edition, so anything too different will be scrapped.

Do you have any examples of that kind of posting in kbin magazines? For now I don't see a problem.

Once they start spamming kbin I'm all for defederation. Especially because there are few moderation&blocking tools available right now.

Ok, that's a good argument for defederation. Onesided federation makes no sense.

Yea, and even in the developed world we are forgetting valuable vegatables and fruits. My parents ate more locally diverse than me. Those traditions should be conserved.

What's the problem? It's all about conserving traditional values.

I'll make it easy for you : Tucker Carlson is the scum of the earth, and if you transcribed his words here it would be a bannable offence.

That's the paradox of tolerance, I cannot tolerate intolerants, and I will not give them a safe bunny space nearby me. Go to explodingheads if you like free speech so much.

    Respect for the idea.
A quick poll like this can be manipulated left or right.

Artist trio aims to preserve traditions, rituals through art (www.dtnext.in)

In the quaint village of Ramapuram, nestled on the border of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, a time-honoured tradition unfolds in a grand way - the ear-piercing ceremony. This special occasion holds immense cultural significance for the villagers. Inspired by the beauty of this event, artist Puviyarasu Kannadasan decided to...

    Conserving traditional riruals.

Ear-piercing on minors should be reassessed on modern standards, I think it should be a choice at 18+

The world does not revolve around the US. Your "we"is my "what?"
US politics are important, they bleed out and influence the world, but I refuse to start from there.

So whatever you have going around over there, I think it's appropriate to discuss modernising traditional values on age.

Mastodon is another beast, that's like twitter-- and twitter does not know about threaded discussion.

Kbin is functionally a lemmy alternative.
The previous delay was below 2 min (not instant), that is good enough.

Downvotes do not federate from lemmy to kbin, so I'm blisfully unaware.
Within kbin dowvotes are rare, because they are public, everyone can see who downvoted.

privacy is lost anyway, maybe lemmy should show downvote users too.

The internet is public, go register a domain for hate speech, or "free speech" as some call it.
Websites are private property and do have moderation.
