What is your favorite Mastodon client?

Hey everyone, super excited to be exploring the fediverse both here on kbin and elsewhere. Looking for a Mastodon client primarily for iOS, great to see the main app is open-source, but there seems to be quite a few options out there. Feel free to share non-iOS clients for others' benefit as well....

Thanks for mentioning it, I’d like to add that Taiwan is still a settler state. Taiwanese Indigenous people still live there, and have been waging their own battles for greater rights and sovereignty within Taiwan for centuries. Unfortunately, in all the Taiwan v. China noise their voices and concerns get drowned out.

Under the tentative agreement, full- and part-time union workers will get $2.75 more per hour in 2023, and $7.50 more in total by the end of the five-year contract. With Gov. Evers responsible for choosing her replacement (including just re-appointing Protasiewicz) even if she is impeached this is likely just delaying the inevitable. Also she won by such a large margin (55-44) that a clear power grab over a popular political figure in the state that will ultimately not amount to much will just hurt R’s even more in 2024, especially under non-gerrymandered maps.

House impeaches -> Senate convicts -> Gov. Evers chooses replacement

OR

House impeaches ~> Senate does nothing leaving Protasiewicz permanently suspended under Wisconsin law -> Protasiewicz resigns -> Gov. Evers chooses replacement

Either way I feel Republicans are just delaying the inevitable here. The only downside to option 2 is that instead of a ten year term, she would get a one year term. But Protasiewicz won by such a large margin already, that it might even boost dems up and down the ballot if she were forced to run again due to these anti-democratic hostile takeovers.

This is a microblog specific question so probably best to put it on the microblog! What do you guys think about having microblogs on the magazine-level as opposed to at the user-level? I guess my expectation was a combination of thread/Reddit-like and microblog/Mastodon-like posting here on kbin, but having blogs at the magazine-level definitely shakes that up a bit. On one hand could be an opportunity to explore a new kbin-specific feature, on the other I think there is a little bit of confusion on what mag-blogs are “for” (given they can be for whatever we as a community decide). More than anything just excited to see how it develops over time and get everyone’s ideas/input on what you think!
