The big thing slowing sales is high interest rates. They are sapping energy out of the whole economy. Why, to harm Biden's reelection chances.
@GottaLaff I said it elsewhere, but I expect him to spin up a new company (incorporated in TX, of course) to offer charging. Naturally $TSLA will license the rights and existing superchargers to this new company for what the Chief Fascist Officer insists will be a fair price.
I suspect I'll know whether I'm right or not in about 3 months.

I doubt it. Less money coming in means slower expansion plans. Because of the NACS adoption, the Supercharger network isn't as vital. Before it was a necessary cost to make Tesla cars viable.
Note, CCS didn't exist when Tesla standardized their charging plug.
