Cameron County prosecutors pushed for Class C felony charges of “terroristic threat” and argued for two more weeks of detention.
Ya think that might be excessive for an 11 year old honor student? Not in texas! #texas

@josephinelee Wild how unsubstantiated accusations put you in the crosshairs of the cops who try to shake you down with the body cams off. Suddenly they’re your best friends when they are turned on. Even an 11 year old picks up on such simple BS.
