The good folks I liked from twitter are pretty evenly split between blue sky and mastodon. A tiny handful are on threads and I never see them anymore. Some are still on twitter and that is just sad.
they may be the kind of people who post and never ever look at a single reply
but, at this point, it takes a high level of obliviousness to not notice what is going on
they'll notice, eventually. but they really need to leave now. they need to know: it doesn't matter how precious your follower count is, twitter is the titanic
