Because the law does not apply to members of the former Law and Order party, Rudy Giuliani has for weeks been mocking those trying to serve him with a subpoena.
Two days ago, he tweeted a taunt about the inability of the law to find him. The law then used the tweet to geolocate him and he was served. Lucian K. Truscott writes,
"It is said that 'the wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.' It’s rare to see the wheels laughing out loud."
