Random musing:

What is the werewolf gut microbiome like? And what happens to it when a were shifts form? (Do humans get copious diarrhoea/purge themselves right after shifting? And what happens to the gut contents if a werewolf gorges on meat right before shifting back to human?) What about parasites in raw meat, eg. trichinosis?

And are xanthine alkaloids (like theobromine, found in chocolate) as toxic to werewolves as they are to canids?

Every now and then I see (usually Yanks, but any English-speaking capitalist can do it) making comments about how the CCP and the PRC control (or cull) their population of millionaires and billionaires and how they suddenly "disappear" and all that, and I never see that connected to the "capitalists are at the heart of innovation and making things work" spiel. I mean, if you can disappear from one day to the next and the company keeps working on, maybe your contribution was not so important… 🤔

FYI - I worked on 2 different #RealityTV shows in #Canada & after those lived work experiences - told everyone I could - don't agree to go on these shows. It's almost all scripted, not reality. Crews are forced to put pressure on voluntary participants - who rarely know WTF they're signing up for & producers exploit naivety. Don't chase easy fame/easy money - they both come at high personal costs. Don't agree to be traumatized on TV, for money. You'll regret it.

Reading some stuff about the Armenian Genocide (because I have made a comment about Jury Nullfication and that lead to the trial of the assassination of Talaat Pasha) and I feel fucking sad and fucking tired: the German foreign office knew about the Armeninan Genocide, and they didn't allow Walter Rössler to testify for the shame that it would bring them to be known that they knew. There was no doubt that what was done to the Armenians was monstruous, and yet, 21 years later…
