@GottaLaff excellent. How are you doing living with most everything packed up?

When we were living in AZ we sold 1 house before buying another moved into extended living a couple months until we found another. We used the PODS. Initially it was thought everything would fit into 1. Nope. Hubby filled the first one with just his tools from the garage. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธMost of the rest of the house fit into another POD. We were lucky they brought us another within hours. A few items at friends house.

@GottaLaff LOL heโ€™s quite handy - can build or fix anything. Shouldโ€™ve worked for himself and regrets not doing so. Heโ€™s gotten rid of a lot of the big stuff, now focuses only on hand tools. Quite the craftsman. Once we had an additional 2 car garage just for his workshop ๐Ÿ˜ณ. This house just a large workshop behind the house. Still some tools in garage though. Of course when we visit family heโ€™s expected to be put to work lol.

Back to regular life... the Open House, although filled with positive feedback on our house, was a dud.

Again.

It's so disheartening. We're priced right, the house is beautiful, in great shape, great neighborhood... etc etc.

So we wait.

@GottaLaff I recall walking into an otherwise nice home that smelled like a wet dog. I walked right back out. My hubby and realtor checked out the house in case otherwise ok. Nothing special so my retreat wasnโ€™t a problem.

@GottaLaff other than like when weโ€™d relocated once in 2 days we viewed 65 houses. No joke. Many had similar floor plans so if one wouldโ€™ve had that distinction itโ€™d helped identify it. @video_manager
