Only finches and cardinals on the rail this morning so far, and I met a well fed neighborhood kitty that was primarily white with a few tabby clouds. She would talk to me but wasn’t interested in visiting. Hip is cranky this morning, but I need to finish up laundry so I might slide down on my butt and read through the remaining loads. But other than that should be a relaxed day. Have a GREAT Monday folks!

Having exhaustively searched all the available public health sites, the PUBMED database, and blood work testing providers, have decided to forgo the printed instructions for my routine blood work that says NO CAFFEINE FOR A WEEK as there is no published studies at all on that affecting the tests I am taking. LOL. So no Bruce Banner episodes planned this week, ha ha.

@me_valentijn Checked out their socials, looks like they are average ex-cop right winger (followers/follows all the local police/SWAT/law enforcement Instagrams, followed by the wife-of-cops groups, but does not follow and is not followed by the hard core antivax right wing extremists, except one of them...). I would decline to be a customer. I am surprised they did not move to Idaho on their police pension, but maybe that is in the future.
