I am so bad at weekends and now my work week is settling into a routine thanks to my VA, the weekend issue is getting worse.

Like I desperately need every day to be the same or for "different" days to be planned well in advance so I know what to expect when they arrive. And I have no idea how to do that with weekends because they involve other people and weather and stuff I can't control.

A5 I've largely started making to reduce my waste - when we've moved I'm going to start on my patchwork dungarees made of my old jeans which have holes in the thighs.
I'm trying to keep scrap fabric and stuff to make a yoga bolster too.

Knitting wise, the vast majority of my yarn has been very kindly donated from other people's stashes.

Help! My herbs are growing mushrooms!

I noticed some of the compost in a few of the herb pots was raised today. Assumed they'd been nudged accidentally or the cat had investigated. But this evening I noticed a pale yellowish lump in one and it's a mushroom! There's one in another too.

I did not plant mushrooms. Wtf? Can I eat them? How did this happen?

This is a bit of a first world problem I know, but let me whinge. I used the last of my preferred type of dental floss this morning, and I when I went to order some more a little while ago, I found out that it has changed and is quite different. So now I have to look for new dental floss, and I'm not looking forward to this, as there's so many types of floss that make my teeth feel weird in different ways.

Kicked off my day with #yoga. Sun salutation B followed by some freestyle - way more than 1 pose just it doesn't track unless I do a #Garmin workout. I also forgot to hit the button so missed the first 10 minutes!

Kept checking in with my knee as I work on healing my cruciate ligament.

Now icing it post - yoga to calm it down again.

Erm, so when I open #Facebook at the moment it tells me I'm not connected to the internet and my computer slows all the way down and starts overheating.

It is only on my personal Facebook account - client accounts work fine.
The site won't work at all for me.

I tried downloading the Facebook messenger app but it says my login details are wrong (they are not).

Any ideas?

A3 Mending clothes is a super useful skill.

I wouldn't say I have learned this skill, but I am trying to learn to be better at making mistakes, being bad at something, and fucking up. Definitely a work in progress that though!

Restarted #CouchTo5k today and my right knee and ankle and utterly fucked.

Left knee has healed and is doing well, just a bit stiff but that felt like a tendon from knee to hip issue.

My right knee feels like an ankle and knee issue and it's also the ankle I sprained quite badly last summer and has been weak since. And unlike the left knee, running on it has definitely made it worse. Also the inside of my knee feels bruised.
