    ⌛ Via Kaitlan Collins:

    County Judge Robert McBurney, the presiding judge overseeing the grand jury that’s currently hearing the case, told reporters in his courtroom that he’s expecting to stay for about one more hour tonight. The grand jury is still meeting.

    This refers to the Fulton County Grand Jury. Yikes.

    Most folks don’t realize this now, but worth mentioning: The names of all the grand jurors will be on the indictment, because it’s required by state law.

    If I was on that grand jury, I wouldn’t want to step foot near the courthouse again, especially if my name is public.

    @GottaLaff he isn't getting anywhere I had the opposite happen in my part of Florida someone who had a Trump flag up for months took theirs down over the weekend and replaced it with another republican candidate and it isn't Desantis or Chris Christie or Pence

    According to recent filings on the docket, the Monday/Tuesday grand jury in County returned indictments in non- related cases today.

    This seems to confirm what we already suspected: The Monday/Tuesday grand jury likely won’t hear the 2020 election case this week.

    @Teri_Kanefield 100% spot on the media took the bait in 2016 when he said unhinged and ridiculous things and people forgot what really mattered which was Hillary's warnings. If people listened to her none of this would be happening. Also Jack Smith is smart for not charging with him with insurrection I know it will be disappointing to many but this is the right move for a conviction. Want Trump out of power then get off the couch and make sure democrats win in 2024 and beyond. If we fail then the 250 year experiment ends
