@rothko Thank you! I use high-bas gesso on masonite as a base, and add highly viscous paint pigments suspended in lots of water. I keep the masonite flat, and when the water flows over the gesso it leaves some of the pigment behind. In the larger pools it sometimes takes days to dry completely... :o It's a technique I developed in college in the 90's, and is still in development! I would love to see some of your encaustic work! I fell in love with that technique after a certain ancient Greek piece from Delphi...

The UK was a wealthy country. Then conservatives imposed austerity to "save money."

Now the UK is largely a poor country. Outside London it is poorer than Mississippi. NHS being killed off. Schools, infrastructure, etc.

But the rich are doing very, very well indeed.
