Climate change is going to bankrupt the U.S. and make large parts of the world unlivable including places in the U.S. if our progress isn’t at the very least upheld.

Trump is the biggest threat in the U.S. to the health of the planet and life on it. Anyone who doubts it now won’t in 2025.

We added a beagle mix rescue puppy to our family yesterday (someone left 6 puppies on the side of a road in a box marked “free puppies” 😢) and he’s a sweet guy.

I was confused about this ruling yesterday so I was hoping a reputable source would explain it. Makes sense.

I couldn’t be more glad that Black voters actually have a chance at better representation because that’s what everyone deserves.

We still need to keep our eyes on the courts and vote wisely for Democrats. We don’t need any more Republican-appointed judges gutting the Voting Rights Act.

Let’s do this:

Many people are comfortable throwing rocks at AIPAC. As a result, other people have spoken out about this type of rhetoric and how linking the discussion of $$$ and Jews controlling things is rife with antisemitism.

MANY Democrats and Republicans receive money from AIPAC. It is an American organization run by Americans which is a thing that happens.

Now I’m getting it in my replies from people who should know better. AIPAC doesn’t control the U.S. government. Cut it out.

Biden passed the biggest climate plan ever to reduce carbon pollution, created over 270,000 clean energy jobs and counting, enacted the first-ever U.S. drinking water limits on PFAs, and protected more than 41 million acres of public lands and waters so far.

Trump rolled back over 100 environmental protections, gave big oil a big tax cut, opposed addressing PFAs, and is the only president in history to expose more public lands than he protected.

A vote for Biden is a vote for climate progress.

I've been following this very weird post on my "unprotected" account. The one that sees all the racist, antisemitic, misogynist, homophobic shit the fediverse produces in the normal course of the day.

This shithead makes a set of easily verifiably false allegations to try to get rid of a single user account that catalogs antisemitic content in the fediverse.

I read every post the account ever made yesterday. No truth to this at all.

And it spawns conspiracy comments from other users including accusations that this is an Israeli state actor.

What happens when fediblock is misused to target an account that catalogs, with receipts, antisemitism?

Nothing?
