No. Loaded title here. VOTERS banned them via constitutional amendment. Amendment was if anyone has 10 or more unexcused absences they are banned from reelection. Courts just decided against the R's lawsuit against the amendment.
And.. just to point out if you didn't watch the video.. the senators who appealed this decision missed out on 6 full WEEKS of attendance just so they could stall the passage of legislation they knew would pass, but didn't like.
And the passage of this rule was BEFORE they took this leave of absence, so. Sorry guys.
Conservatives are desperate to get the public’s attention on something to take heat off Trump and put negative press on Biden. They will do anything, which makes them dangerous right now.
Conservatives will slaughter countless innocent people if they think it will work. They don’t see immigrants (or any non-conservatives for that matter) as humans. I think Abbott’s next move is to shoot families as they cross the river.

For a bit of background, this was recorded at Slamfest, on Friday 5th. Slamfest is one of two “family friendly” shows NORTH run each year, the other being Thunderstruck in July.
As such the crowd are a bit less loud than usual, and a lot less sweary, mainly due to the number of kids in attendance.
If you haven't seen this than do yourself a favour and check it out. Probably my favourite match of the year, right next to Swerve/Hangman and Danielson/ZSJ.
