Have just discovered #BABYMETAL and I can’t stop thinking that it’s a good job for everyone else that Japan isn’t in #Eurovision, because BM would walk it every single year.
I saw #Dethklok and #BabyMetal Live last Thursday. Dethklok is already one of my favorite #bands so I expected to love them, but now I am literally obsessed with BabyMetal. At first I thought they were just a novelty, but the juxtaposition of cute #Jpop vocals and every sub genre of #metal you can think of is lighting up all the pleasure centers of my brain. #SuMetal's vocals are incredible and give me a similar emotional reaction to the #NierAutomata soundtrack.
I always send gimme chocolate to share a taste of their style. Just cause there's more singing from the girls, and cause it's a great showcase of the juxtaposition of J-pop and heavy metal.

It's officially been a month since seeing #BabyMetal#live in #LA and I still can only listen to Baby #Metal. All other music has disappeared. Soon after the show I saw a reddit post that said they would like to see brain scans before and after listening to Baby Metal to see if there is a structural change which I thought was quite amusing but I totally get now.
