If you want more facts on Day, read the Austen and Issue 3 here: https://open.substack.com/pub/excessivelydiverting/p/austen-bronte-issue-3-pride-and-prejuduice?r=1ep55&utm_campaign=post&utm_mediumLoveuarywWelcome=true. I also update on Hallmark Channel's Loveuary theme which for the month of February are all Austen inspired movies and I'll be recapping them via the newsletter.

@bookstodon

Karen5Lund,

@beexcessivelydiverting @bookstodon There's a Pride & Prejudice Day? How did I not know?

As it happens, I am re-re-re-reading it. (There might be a fourth "re-" there.) The first time I was in about 7th or 8th grade and read it as a love story. I read it again in college, still young but more experienced in my friends' and my own romantic travails; I got the snarkiness. And again maybe? maybe?

Now, old enough to be Elizabeth's grandmother I cannot help thinking how YOUNG they all seem.
