Business-as-usual doesn't mean no green tech would be developed, just that they'd be developed at the pace the market demands. We are living through that business-as-usual scenario.
Other, more favorable, scenarios would have required massive government support to fast-track the tech we're just getting now - which we could have had decades earlier with a WWII-level spending approach. @jackofalltrades@sellathechemist
