@ebender00 a small but important point here. Removing aerosol pollution doesn't drive warming, it reduces cooling or unmasks heating by greenhouse gases.
Hence the solution is to reduce greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere.
The men are at work elsewhere, and/or women wear the kind of clothing that gets in the way of swimming or climbing a tree or a roof, and/or women simply aren't strong enough physically to hold on to something when flood waters come: there's a litany of reasons. 😥
@CelloMomOnCars Yes you are correct there are a lot of reasons. Some of the biggest are that they mostly likely die in poorer areas due to lack of transportation too.

We stand for the fact that the #climate crisis is a reality. We don't understand why we should follow the feelings of a few old men who are destroying this planet in the name of greed. Fuck that.
Also if democracy is about to be wiped out from the USA we will remind Americans that freedom is never a one-way road. Freedom should never be a privilege for a few people.

Like Biden, tax those that have done very well driving us up the one way street to firestorms and floods, and just buy the offshore wind-farms and heat-pumps. Just buy the solar roofs.
Now that I've had it a couple weeks, I'm an even bigger fan of my new modular, repairable laptop from #Framework: lightweight, keyboard is a dream, comparable/better to MS Surfaces I've had (keyboard went bad).
