One of my closest friends is looking to give Mastodon and the #Fediverse a try but I’m not sure what instance to recommend to them. They’re very into computers and open source stuff. They’re not a metalhead sadly 😅
@HailsandAles I'm very into computers as well, but I think I enjoy this metal scene a lot more. I follow my technology people. But I would say the serious recommendations so far are good ones.
@HailsandAles if they're not a metalhead then i'd recommend an instance of screaming for vengeance, an instance of sounds of perseverance and an instance of obZen and see if that helps
